Project Manager

Five years experience in the construction industry. At least 3 years experience in exterior restoration and a strong track-record of managing and supervising crews. Engineering or relevent college degree preferred

Candidate must be experienced in Estimating through Contract close, Work-in-progress through project close out.

Knowledge and experience in cast iron, terra cotta, GFRC, brick and stone setting, as well as traditional masonry and waterproofing.

Communication, computer skills a must. Foreign langauge a plus.

Field Supervisor

Interested candidate must posess a strong work ethic; 3 years experience inthe construction industry; and capable of managing in-house crews of mechanics and laborers.

Responsibilities will include site supervision (day-to-day field construction), purchasing and expediting of manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors for small to medium-sized exterior restoration projects.

Good communication and computer skills; Foreign language plus. Driver license a must.
